Air supply manifold to all rooms with baffle supplied by Nilan for Marr construction

insulated raft foundation supplied by isoquick for Marr construction. No cold bridges . External wall insulation meets upstand.

Gutex 100mm installed by DB plastering and finished with a gutex white coloured render.

200mm insulation by isoquick.

Marr construction supplying and installing the timber frame and roof and full finish and fit out.

HRV air intake and exhaust vents combined with Nilan compact exhaust air heat pump for hot water, air heating and cooling. No radiators or underfloor heating installed in A2 rated house.

2.65kW JA solar PV photovoltaic modules supplied by Marr construction with micro inverters on each of the 10 modules.

Supplied and commisioned by Tim Cooper . installed with its own hot water cylinder to relieve the Nilan heat pump and divert excess power to the cylinder.
