I am passionate to build in timber and I love design. I would like to try this out and offer to teach enthusiasts to build their own home or garden structure. If you are within an hours driving time of Foxrock / Deansgrange area we will come to your site location.
We will talk you through simple types of foundations. We will focus on the Carpentry !
Then get you started on building your own timber frame walls. We will set up a mobile workshop and set up a work space for us to show you.  We will teach hands on with our tools for 1 to 3 days or 1 to 5 days.  Each Day will be charged at €640.  Deposit to book is €250 which is refundable and deducted off the day rate.
We will go  through a choice of materials ranging from renewable, sustainable material choices.  
We can organize delivery of the materials before our Workshop starts on your site.

We have all seen on the TV programmes with some architects, they want  you to have their architectural pieces of concrete, exposed steel RSJ or rusty metal  to go along with their egos. All these fancy ideas can increase the budget to skyhigh proportions. And those Architects dont actually know what these tasks cost. We have found when architects ask us to price their projects, the project never goes ahead in their original form as their client couldnt afford it in the first place and neither the architect or client had any idea of the potential cost of that design.  We can help you choose and price the materials you wish for.
A one stop design and build team of Marr construction is the new way to go. 
Please note ,If you go with our design team and don't go with our building team the deposit is non refundable. But if you go with our building team we will deduct the cost of the design work from the project
